Hamburger Steak

I FINALLY have a new recipe for you, however, I don't have a picture...gotta start somewhere though :). Last week I made a delicious hamburger steak! I cannot even begin to describe to you how good-and easy- this was to make :). So here goes:


1 pound of ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
2 table spoons of worcestershire sauce
1 can of beefy mushroom soup
salt and pepper


Mix all ingredients except soup. Patti out hamburgers and brown on each side. After patties are brown, put them in a casserole dish and pour soup over the top. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. I served this with green beans, rice and rolls! Stewart LOVED it and he said "We definitely need to eat this again!"
